SWIMMING POOL CONDITIONS OF USE
Use of swimming pool is limited to blue heron estate families who are current in their recreational fees and additional families who have paid a seasonal license fee.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or other care attendant 18 years of age or older.
Prior to entry and use of the swimming pool, you must register with the swimming pool attendant or lifeguard.
By registering and entering blue heron lakes swimming & tennis club, llc's swimming pool enclosure you agree for yourself, family members and guests to abide by the safety and public health rules adopted by blue heron lakes, llc for use of the swimming pool facilities.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Smoking is not permitted
No alcohol containers or the consumption of alcohol are permitted
Glass articles, sharp metal objects, and other hazardous objects are not permitted
​No pets/animals of any kind are permitted
No running, shoving, boisterous or rough play is permitted
No bikes, skateboards, roller blades or any other motorized transporters are allowed in swimming pool enclosure
Outside food & drink are permitted in grass covered areas and are prohibited in pool and adjacent concrete decks
Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol are prohibited from entering the swimming pool.
For safety and public public health reasons all directions and orders by lifeguards will be obeyed! Lifeguards have final say.



​Safety Swimming Pool Use Rules
At the sound of the lifeguard's whistle all activities around and in the swimming pool will stop and all swimmers will immediately, without question, follow the directions and orders of the lifeguard
Swimming by children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult
Proper swimming attire required
​Swimmers are not allowed to swim in street clothes
Diving is prohibited
No running, shoving, boisterous or rough play is permitted in or around swimming pool
​No swimming during heavy rain or when thunder and lightning can be seen or heard
No Swimming During Heavy Rain Or When Thunder And Lightning Can Be Seen Or Heard
For safety and public health reasons all directions and orders by lifeguards will be obeyed! Lifeguards have final say.

PUBLIC HEALTH RULES
No drinking of swimming pool water.
No person having an obvious communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion, inflamed eyes, ear, nose, or throat infection is permitted to enter and use the swimming pool.
No person with excessive sunburn, open blisters or bandages is permitted to enter and use the swimming pool.
No swimming by any person who has diarrhea or having had diarrhea within the last two weeks as recommended by the cdc.
No urinating, discharging of fecal matter, expectorating, blowing nose, spitting, vomiting or spouting of water in or about the swimming pool.
Immediately report to a lifeguard any discharges or passing of urine, feces, or blood by any swimmer.
Swim diapers must be worn by swimmer & that are incontinent, lack toilet training or are otherwise lacking voluntary control of excretory function.
Children 3 years and younger or any child not potty trained must wear a water resistant diaper.
Don't use the swimming pool when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.



DRESSING ROOM Guidlines
No food, gum, beverages and glass items in the dressing room
No standing on any furnishings, toilets or sinks
No running or chasing in the dressing room
No snapping of towels or other objects at any person
No throwing objects in the dressing room
No throwing objects in the dressing room
The wearing of jewelry is discouraged to prevent loss, damage or personal injury
When exiting dressing room take all personal articles and any valuables from dressing room with you.
Blue heron lakes, llc is not responsible and assumes no responsibility for damage to, theft of or lost of personal articles and/or any valuables left in dressing room or left pool side.

Anyone found or reported defacing or damaging the dressing room is subject to the revocation of that person's and other family members' rights to utilize the swimming pool facilities.
Anyone found or reported defacing or damaging the dressing room will be held financially responsible


Wading pool
Parents do not leave your children life guards are not baby sitters
All children in diapers must wear plastic pants with snug fitting elastic waist and leg bands. Do not wash out soiled diapers in the wading pool.
Children are encouraged to use the restroom before entering the wading pool.
Immediately report any discharges or passing of urine, feces, or blood by a child in the wading pool to a lifeguard.
