ONLY THOSE RESIDENTS WHO ARE CURRENT IN PAYMENT OF THE RECREATIONAL FACILITY USER FEES WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE SWIMMING POOL AND TENNIS COURTS UNDER THIS LICENSE.
