We are pleased to announce that the tennis courts are now open for the 2020 season. We feel confident that the water drainage issue is resolved and all perimeter drainage lines have been jet cleaned. The nets are installed and the courts are ready for play. We are waiting for the tennis court vendor to reopen their business so we can get the stripes painted for pickle ball play. This will require warmer weather and no rain for a few days. The courts cannot be used while the stripes dry. We will make sure that everyone is aware of the few days that the courts will be unavailable for use.The parking lot is scheduled to be repaired, sealed, and striped in the very near future. We will have the asphalt company install a curb on the court edge of the parking lot to help divert rain water originating from the grassy hill that many times ends up on the courts surface. Finally, we are in the process of installing a coded lock on the gate. Once the lock is functional we will let all residents know what the code is. We will also publish the code on this website. The lock is not intended to keep residents out of the tennis courts, its simply to keep unauthorized persons off the courts. This will limit the chances of people using bikes, skateboards, roller blades or other equipment that can damage the surface of the courts. We hope all players will be safe and enjoy a great season!
