Party Reservation Guidelines

BHLSTC Reservation Guidelines
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM based on availability
Reservation fee:
$50 for up to 10 guests
Reservations at BLSTC are available to members only.
All reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.
Reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation booking.
Member requesting reservation must be 21 years of age or older.
Pool use is not exclusive. Pool reservations are scheduled during open swim times.
Hosting member must check in with the manager or guard on duty to receive wristbands. Wristbands must be worn by all attendees for the duration of the party.
​A list of all participant names and emergency contact numbers must be submitted to the administrative manager at least 72 hours prior to the reservation start time.
Refunds will not be issued for any unused wristbands or for a reduction in party size.
In the case of inclement weather, the administrative manager will work with the member to reschedule the reservation.
All BHLSTC policies and procedures must be followed, and the member is responsible for ensuring guests are adhering to these policies and procedures.
