Guest Pass Policy
Resident member guests may bring two guests per visit at no charge. Each additional guest will be charged a per guest fee of $10.00 on weekdays and $15.00 on weekends and holidays.
Nonresident member guests will be charged a per guest fee of $10.00 on weekdays and $15.00 on weekends and holidays.
All guests must be accompanied by a member, sign a guest liability waiver, and check in with the guard or manager to receive a 1-day wristband pass usable on that day only. Fees are payable in cash, by card, or by Venmo prior to entrance of the pool, and the wristband must be worn for the duration of the visit.
Reservation Policy

11:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-7:00pm based on availability.
Reservation fee:
$50 for up to 10 guests
General Reservation Guidelines
Reservations are available to Resident Members only.
All reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.
Reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation booking.
Member requesting reservation must be 21 years of age or older.
Pool use is not exclusive. Pool reservations are scheduled during open swim times.
Hosting Member must check in with the manager or guard on duty to receive wristbands. Wristbands must be worn by all attendees for the duration of the party.
A list of all participant names and emergency contact numbers must be submitted to the administrative manager at least 72 hours prior to the reservation start time.
Refunds will not be issued for any unused wristbands or for a reduction in party size.
In the case of inclement weather, the administrative manager will work with the member to reschedule the reservation.
All BHLSTC policies and procedures must be followed, and the member is responsible for ensuring guests are adhering to these policies and procedures.
