I have read, understand, and agree to all Blue Heron Lakes Swim and Tennis Club’s policies and procedures for the facility. I understand that if my guests and I do not adhere to these policies and procedures, we will be required to vacate the facility and surrounding grounds. I agree to be present during the reserved time and agree to be responsible for the actions of myself and my guests as well as the condition of the facility rented, and I agree to provide emergency contact information for each guest of the event 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation submitted to the Administrative Manager. BHLSTC reserves the right to cancel the rental slot at any time for the safety and welfare of staff, members, and guests. BHLSTC also reserves the right to cancel the rental at any time should the pool be unavailable due to causes beyond its reasonable ability to control.
Hold harmless:
BHLSTC, its owners, or its employees shall not be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen at the facility from the renter or guests. The renter hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Heron Lakes Swim and Tennis Club, its employees, or its owners at all times from any claims or damages on account of personal injury or property damage to anyone using the facility/surrounding grounds, or through a defect in said facility/grounds, including sidewalks adjoining the same and the use or operation thereof.
